I always glance at this thread on the anniversary of this storm so I can remember....it coincides with 9/11, and this year there was the Charlie Kirk killing on hurricane irmas anniversary so its been a wild week of emotions and memories. But these big hurricanes leave both heart break, and memories of bonding and change that shape the person you are today !! These shared memories of survival, and cooperation with other neighbors and family are what makes us the islanders that we are !! Ill never forget both Andrew and Irma....they both altered the path of my life in many ways !! Never forget !! Keys Strong 💪!!
