Hydraulic Pit Detecting for Gold Nuggets
Me and Gary @TwoToes head off into the Sierra's in his Jeep Rubicon on a scouting trip to see if the Snow has melted enough for us to get into the High country to work the Yuba paleochannel deposits of the Ancestral Yuba River.
With the Snow now gone we get busy Detecting the Gravels in the pit looking for Placer Gold Nuggets that have been missed by the old timers while they were Hydraulic mining the area.
