hello everyone, in a couple of days my garrett ace 250 will arrive at my house. i know nothing about hunting, but i can't wait to get started. being able to call on you all for knowledge and help makes me a lot more comfortable. thank you.

Welcome Richard. I would recommend getting yourself an electronic pinpointer, it will make recovering targets a lot easier.
You don't NEED one,but it beats waving handfuls of dirt in front of the coil.
