It's an advertising piece issued for the McCormick reaper.

Got a pic of the other side? It should also depict horse-drawn farm equipment, but the scene is slightly different.

Not sure, but I believe it was issued in 1891, and is dated 1831 on one side and 1891 on the either.

Generally retails around $5, F-VF.
