I find these on my mining claim all the time, What is it?

I probably have found at least 10 of these in different areas (maybe more) but I can't figure out what they are. They're always the same size, steel or iron, related to mining. The size of a .22 bullet, in fact I have mistaken them to be a bullet at times but I was wrong.

Are the tips blunt on all of them? What type of mining?

Maybe 'teeth' from some kind of digging tool?

I have found similar items. Finally I found a whole one and it turned out they were the rollers in a large bearing. Just a guess about yours.

Are they hollow? Possibly blasting caps?

Is there a seam?

There is no seam....one end looks like it has been used, the other end looks lie the base of a .22 shell, flat and round.
