I found a mine claim from early 1960

While out exploring abandond mines in the mojave desert I found a mine claim from early 1960 it is so old when I touch the paper it crumbles

I am new to treasure hunting and wanted to know if anyone had some advice

Can I take ownership of this claim?

Is the written claim worth anything itself?

Any other info you can provide

This is for the del oro mine in the mojave desert

I notice that alot of apple valley is named after this mine ie del oro plaza del oro rd ect ect

Dose anyone have any history on this mine as I cannot find anything

Any info will be much appreciated
