Very interesting you found this "token" in Chile.
These tokens were given out as souviners at gas stations (from what I have been told).
Here's a photo of the one I found here in South Carolina of Abraham Lincoln. Pretty much the same token, just a different president. The back of the coin gives his information, just like the one you have. The penny next to it is just to give a size reference.
Still, nice find.
