I am a sucker for strange rocks but, this one is really peculiar. ??? Let me know what you think it is..

If that rock was about 12 feet long, I would say nice gneiss. That small? Gotta have a closer look. No schist. I would have picked it up, also. Be sure to wash your hands. Never know what a coyote will consume.
 
I found something like this a long time ago, it was somewhat larger tho, I never did find out what it was, I just wrote it off to some sedimentary rock.
If it moves, hit it with a bigger rock!
 
Actually looks like it was squeezed from a bakers cake icing bag...

So, everyone thinks its pooh? Lol even if, its a nice piece.. :tongue3: just remember, I live in the mound building area.. :sign13: this next photo is a scraper and the picture doesn't give it the justice, it deserves..
