4 1964 kennedy (1 D mint)
5 walking liberty (1944-S, 1944, 1944-D, 1942-D, 1946)
5 franklin (two 1962-D, 1961-D, 1963-D, 1952-D)
7 barber (1902, two 1906-D, 1907-D, two 1907, 1909)

ill post some pictures for you tomorrow if you would like :D

The only ones that might carry a numismatic premium over the silver melt value would be the Barbers. Post up pictures.

here are the pics of the 21 halfs. the last pic is of all of my silver collection so far.

Because of the condition, most of the barbers are worth melt.

thanks for the reply sagittarius98!!i doubt there are any that are good, but im really a newbie when it comes to coins and just wanted to make sure i wasnt putting something good into the melting pot whether it be 5 years from now or 40. i was just happy to get it for under silver melt price :D

im not planning on selling at least for 30-40 years. im 24 now and hopefully i can accumulate much more over my lifespan

The 1907 (top left corner) might be worth a few dollars over melt.

Where I live, the 64D, WL and Barber's all have a small premium over spot despite condition. Small meaning .50-1.00 / coin depending on wear.
I search for and sell mine to my coin dealer, then use the extra cash to buy AU or XF.

All Prices Taken from the Numismedia Price Guide

1902 Barber - G4 $17.00
1906-D Barber - G4 $17.00
1907-D Barber - G4 $17.00
1907 - Barber - G4 $17.00
1909 - Barber - G4 $17.00

7 * 17 = $119.00 - The Barbers almost paid for the entire stash...:icon_thumleft:

nice! thanks a lot Freedom. im looking up G4 right now and see that it means good in coin grading. i am going to separate these from the rest so i dont mistake them for bullion in the future. i may even see if i can find someone willing to trade bullion for them.
