I gotta get back into it !!!!!!

Let us know if you get some rolls! Would love to hear what you find.

I've been climbing the walls overs the past several months by not CRH. I'm coming back, even if it's just checking cents, a box here & there. Better than watching the same ole stuff on TV.

Welcome home!

just admit the obvious---- you are an evil junkie--- found with a roll of Zincolns clutched in your cold hand--

good news is...... you can get a "support" alligator to comfort you on commercial aircraft:laughing9::laughing9::laughing9::laughing9:

Welcome back Dozed D. and good luck.

We miss you Dozer. I just got 25 dimes from one teller! I learned it from watching you.

Nothing like climbing the walls to get you motivated. I am not an avid coin roll hunter but my frozen shoulder and the lack of rain has forced me to stay home for the last few months. So, i buy rolls of coins and search them. I prefer Metal Detecting but coin roll hunting helps me pass the time and understand what to look for in the different denominations of coins. I have learned alot in the past few months! :occasion14:

I know how you feel Dozer. I’ve been too busy lately to get to the bank, had already searched all of my rolls. I finally had to break out the one remaining bag I got from the coin machine that I’ve been holding on to for the last two years, ever since they took out the coin machines at the bank that had sold them to me. Now I’m slowly going through $50 worth of pennies…

I gave up the banks for good in 2015 and have had a few withdrawals but haven’t cracked a roll since, after seven years straight. Now I lurk here in the shadows, happily searching my pocket change each day.

Same here, although I quit a bit earlier I believe. My pocket finds over the past several years consists of 1 wheatie and 1 clad impaired proof quarter.

It's an addiction gotta get the fix

I have been feeling the hunt once again. I'm going to take an all day road trip this week and hit a bunch of banks for old times sake.

I would get back into CRH at least part time, but for the foreseeable future (like it has been the past few years) I have more hobby projects than I have time for. As a result I am mainly just lurking in the shadows.

Did you go cold-turkey all on your own? Was there an intervention? Do you attend meetings to help maintain your discipline ("Hi, my name is fistfulladirt and I'm a CRH'er...")?
