I had a WTF moment today

So I wanted to take my nell hunter coil and put it on my F75ltd today. I then realized the bolt wasn't long enough to catch the nut because of the thickness of the loop side walls. Same thing goes with the fisher 15" coil.

Longer nylon bolts are available at hardware stores. Toilet seat bolts work fine.

My NEL came with a "fancy" Nylon bolt and nut (the bolt end and nut are matching knobs.) That might depend on the distributor/vendor. Fisher supplies one with their units that will work - at least my F-75SE was so equipped. If an aftermarket coil has thicker ears - that's not Fisher's problem.
