I have dug another UFO ~ SOLVED

Unidentified found object. It is 7/8" in dia. and says THIS SIDE TOWARD BOTTLE ~ INSTA VALVE ~ PAT. PEND.

Any ideas?

Yes I believe you are right. If you look closely at the photo in the link you provided you can see the valve on the paperwork inside the bottle and underneath the word insta-valve on the pink paper next to the bottle. Good ID RelicHunter97.
