What's new

I made a YouTube video, let me know what you think

I watched your movie, not bad but you need some footage of you in action digging the finds. Also how do you edit your videos and formate them?

Keep @ It and HH!!

I watched...enjoyed it a lot! Those slides are too cool! Thanks for sharing!

Do you have an estimated value of the slide?

Nah, I wasn't able to find another on for sale. If anyone has any idea, please let us know...

Hey Treasurefiend, nice video! I found that same Cub Scouts neckerchief slide about three years ago. In the picture below (which was posted here on T-Net in December under Best Relic Finds), the slide is at the top right.

That Eisenhower token was given out by gas stations as promotionals. Mid to late 1950's circa if i remember right.

I have two of those, one Eisenhower and a Truman i believe. Both were eaten up as badly as yours. I have never seen one that had anything to do with the scouts, though?

The one Neckerchief slide is a wolf.

There were two designs. That one you have is the older one and the other newer one looks like just a wolf, no mistaking it.

Liked the vid, cool finds!

nice video -- the detectorest might mean the silvers hunted out --some guys could care less about relics and run in silver cherry picking mode -- for old silver coins -- the metal mixture content in the necklscartf is similar to a "clad" dime thats why they "rang" up that way -- note if you are looking for indain heads cents -- notch out the cent (its picks up zinc cents and indain heads) and any old wheat cents will ring up as a dime -- but to get indain heads you need to leave zinc cents in . -- Ivan (yes I got a ACE 250 --love it)

Great job on the video...very entertaining.
