Rather then meander while detecting today I remained disciplined. I picked an area I had moderate success with a time before and then I gridded the area. Once I started I went low and slow and got some nice finds. Key date 1892 Barber dime with S mintmark, an 1890 and 1905 IHPs, a silver wedding ring and a 1971 clad half along with some other odds an ends

Nice finds!! Sometimes the work and patience pays off.

Sweet finds! That leaf item looks like half a sash buckle. The other half could still be out there.

Nice finds! Somehow, I'm not seeing the S on the dime. Just weird angle or water on the coin?

Great finds!! Surprising! I wonder what I am missing by meandering?

very nice assortment of finds, looks like fun!

The pix I posted didn’t show the mintmark very well. The ground was very acidic unfortunately so despite the good detail it’s rather pitted…
