.....we're having a heat wave, in the 40's, creek is gently flowing in some places. I just got back from purchasing some rubber boots, Excal is on standby with the small coil.....long handled scoops are within easy reach. I think I'm metal detecting tomorrow.

I'm going to put on the headphones and pretend that I'm somewhere in the upper timberlines, not a sole around for miles and miles, somewhere on this creek is a lost Spanish fortune. And if my feet get too cold, well, I can always walk back up to the house.
