I Need Help With German(?) Clock ID and Value

Hello everyone, I bought this clock from a guy who's father owned two antique shops. Well, his father died and all these antiques were dumped on him and he does not know what to do with them all. His father collected clocks and I bought this one, along with others, from him for $25. It is an eight day spring driven wall clock. It works perfectly and keeps good time but I can not find out anything about it. There is a tag on the bottom that reads "Theodor Mittag, Reichenbach", but that is not the maker. I researched the name and nothing was found. I had never seen a clock of this quality and condition until this one. The face is made of porcelin surrounded by gilded stamped brass. Please help me figure out what kind of clock this is and what it could possibly be worth. Thanks and HH!

I have 2 of 3 "Chimers", bought at GW Outlet. $3.00 each, son has the 3rd( His Dad left it to him). Mine are newer, not as fancy, but I love it when it chimes.

Looks like a German case with a French dial. Would need to examine the movement to get a better idea of who made it.

Also there should have been a piece that went on the top.

The style looks like a GUSTAV BECKER wall clock you would have to look inside and get a serial number if it is less than 1,000,000 it is more than likely before
1891. type in "gustav becker + serial number" on a search of the web to find out

on the back metal plate of the movement there
should be something stamped on it. This ia a German
clock called "Wag on the wall ". It is missing the top
piece. The size (larger) more value. Running and chimeing
correctly. Clean, no chips or large cracks. Estimated Value.
$400. to 700. Junghans made lots of German clocks.
