I need some suggestions on where to vacation

The wife is asking where I'd like to go on vacation just her and I are going. As you all know I will be sneaking my detector along. I love the old west stuff but I also love so snorkel/free dive.
It will be this or next summer, (whenever our 10 year anniversary is )

Have you dove Mackinaw or Cheboygan?
The fort is in the area with lots of other history and the island too if your wife is interested in more than diving.

Well she wants to go out of state, we did go to the shipwreck museum in alpena and I did some detecting on the beach, she didn't like the junk ring I found her

Rent a house in Duck, North Carolina and search the beaches north to Corolla. Many shipwrecks in that area.
Don't agitate the Banker horses.
