And found one..finally..a 1913 Barber Dime. I has been on my wish list for some time. Along with the barber I also found a 1936 merc. I still never get tired of finding the mercs. Found a little Owl charm or what looks like a charm and one of the elusive Putt Putt tokens (another first). Had a nice day and the weather couldn't have been any better. Thanks for looking and HH.

Thanks Glenn...it was a long time coming.

Nice finds, are those other two things silver too? The leaf & owly looking thing?

The Merc is my favorite coin, but that Barber is a good looking coin.

Congrats, SC Hunter.

Hadn't cleaned the leafy thingy yet..looked like some type of lapel pin. I had a clasp with the pin still in place so not sure about that..the owl is just a plain little non silver owl..lol

Findone...I live and hunt mainly in Orangeburg. How in the world have you heard of these places?????

WTG SC_Hunter love those barbers and mercs  congrats

I am originally from Blackville, that's where I went to high school. My Dad lives in Bamberg,
and my oldest son lives in Cope, and my oldest daughter lives in Orangeburg. I lived in Bamberg, and in Orangeburg in the early 70's.
A soon as my youngest graduates from school ( in four years) I will be moving back down where it's warm. I get down to see everyone about once, sometimes twice a year. Maybe we could hook up this summer when I go down there.
It's a small world.
