the fifth large cent I've gotten this year, it is an 1822 coronet type in very good condition. as a matter of fact it is the nicest one I've found. I also got 4 wheats a 1910,1948,1951,1954 plus 4 quarters,5 dimes, and 2 nickles. I also found a brass valve,2 fishing lures,a door lock mechanism,a cast iron base of some sort,a stainless steel butter knife, and my usual 3lbs of sinkers.

I was also adopted by emily. emily is a 5 year old girl who's mom took to the beach, she was full of questions and got very excited every time the detector squealed. she talked for 2 hours and I gave her a few items that I dug. she wanted a sinker so I gave her one, as she was walking back onshore to show her mom I got my 5th large cent. may god watch over her and keep her safe, she was priceless.

Nice finds. I am still looking for my first. WTG

WTG any close up's? I found a 1910 Wheaties but those elusive 1909's are hard to find ;D

sorry for not replying sooner but I was sore after 6 hours in the water and I took a pain pill and fell asleep if you want closeups let me know which ones and I'll give it a try. I said a few thank you prayers in church today and I also prayed that god keep emily and her sister kaitlin safe . the lord has been very good to me lately and I don't want to mess that up.
