I think I'm being low balled?

Took a roll of walkers to a coin dealer to price yesterday. Well first words out of his mouth are they have been worked on. Okay I got them all in one roll can't say one way or the other. The he offers me 11 X face for them. I mention I have five rolls of 40% Kennedies. He offers 4X face.
Okay here the question am I being low balled? I will admit I new at this. Anybody help?

Sounds about right when you look at how silver is plummeting in value. Don't know if you had any "key date" Walkers.

Dealers are in it to make money. And they have too otherwise you would not have dealers to go to to conveniently sell too. there is give and take. As long as both parties feel the transaction is "fair" then no harm no foul. If you feel its a bad deal. Dont do it.

I would say to shop around, but the guy appears to be in the ballpark. You need a larger quantity to get more of a premium.

You can go to the book store and buy the blue book then you will have the wholesale prices and know what they will probably offer you on stuff.
