I thought it was a rock but it looks like a fossilized bat head

Concretion? A bat's head would be the skull, but not with the gooey stuff preserved, in most cases. But it DOES look like something like that.

Just a natural stone formation in my opinion. Fossilized soft tissue is an extremely rare occurrence. It is fairly common to find stones that resemble features that we see every day. Cool find anyway.

I'm inclined to believe it. If it IS a bat head, it's certainly not that old. Dried out, yeah. I think you're right.

Edit: I think if tou really want to find out for sure, try to pry away some of the "flesh" and see if there is bone underneath.

It looks to be built up minerals so I would think a broken piece of a stalactite or a stalagmite.
