I looked at your videos and have a few comments:

1. It would be very interesting to actually see more digs, you have some nice finds in your pictures but in the videos there were only a couple actual digs.
2. The videos are too short.
3. Get rid of that separatist ribbon you have on your car. You're presenting your videos to the whole world and majority of the people do not support the bloodshed associated with that ribbon. You will lose viewers because of it.

Other than that its a good start, keep on digging tovarich!
