Today, I received my 5" coil for the EXP 2. Since I have the F75 with just the 11" coil, should I trade the EXP 2 coil to the smaller one and then have a big coil and a small coil to detect with?

I do not know either one of the machines but I figured it would give me the best of both worlds, right?

Yes, it's good to have two sized coils, and 11" will go plenty deep.

Only things I can think of . . .
if you are young and fit, and the 11" is not too heavy for you, then keep it.
If you have lots of high junk areas, the small coil is real handy.

Also, check out how pin-pointing compares using the two coils.
Sometimes with a big coil you don't get the same accuracy
on pin-pointing.

I have 3 coils, but I find I wind up using just one of them
which is the 10x6" DD coil - a good combo of size vs. weight,
with excelling pinpointing ability.
