I have been working abroad for quite some time now and finally have been able to hit the beach this past week. Last night I found this ring with 7 stones in it. I am going to have it carbon tested today to be sure if they are the rel thing but the way they are set leads me to believe that they are. Who knows though, I can't be sure until I get to the jewelers. I will let y'all know.

The style of the ring itself makes it look real and either way real or not... always fun to find jewelry ;). Hope that it is real though, congrats on the find. Keep um coming!

Wow..really nice ring. Good luck with the test and let us all know how it turns out. I am very new here but how much does a jeweler charge this.

Is the ring Gold, platinum or silver? Any markings on the inside of the band? Monty

I hope you can find the person its owned by ;) . It is Authentic to Me ;D I have done Auctions and estates, Meaning worked with many auction housed and have worked at antique shop's and went to auction school as well.
I only ask this of you DO Not I Repeat DO NOT Leave it with The Jeweler Stay there They May remove the stones if you leave it We Cant trust All Jewelers unless we know them Really really Good, I Believe This Ring may be 10K or 14 K Or Possibly 18 k White Gold from the 1930's or in that era.
Please let me know,
Thank You from Garrettman64 ;D

Sweet find! I hope it's real too! Also that was some VERY sound advice posted above, DO NOT leave it with a jeweler! We have one here that has been know to do such things. A friend of ours had her stone removed and replaced with a CZ. There is a pending lawsuit over it now....

Wow! great find! That sounds like good avise about the jewelers, there seems to be a lot of gangsters involved in the jewelry business.

Excellent!
