The ice is now off the lakes in my area so I thought I would go out shallow water hunting !

I always find my fair share of trash



I thought the spoon was silver - nope



I did find some coins - 1911 penny and a 46 Jefferson

The gold ring is something state teachers college and a year but I cant read it



I can read the inside !!!

Very nice finds. .... And nice of you to remove all the other trash that could cut someone also. When I beach hunt people always ask me if I found anything and I always show them the trash in my pouch that I removed from the beach and they always say thanks and it is much appreciated. Then I show them my good finds which are always out numbered by the trash finds.

Love the old class ring!

The style of that gold ring I would say 20's to early 30's. From finding few in that time period one can just about figure the date range.
