Where was it found? It looks like a Midwest triangle point, possible Madison. Many points from various areas resemble this one.

Nice point! I have few from here in Kansas that have the incurvate sides and base like yours but they are very thin and about 1/3 that size. We call them triangles or Fresnos and assume they are late period works. PS. I'm horrible at typology.
