I have no "real" idea what this medallion is, but I can speculate...

I'm guessing it is a tourist item - representing some kind of Native American good luck catcher.

The symbols are:

Crossed arrows = Friendship
Bear paw = Good omen
Arrowhead = Alertness
Cactus Flower = Courtship/Romance

Maybe it is related to a certain organization, but I couldn't find any.

I suggest you put it on a chain and wear it while hunting. It couldn't hurt. :icon_thumleft: ;D

P.S. I don't get the sense that it is "old". Maybe 1940s - 60's? Just guessing...

The arrows and Indianhead (or tree) makes me think of scouting but the shape of the hand looks old. Just guessing but I think TOC or older. Would like to see the back and something for size comparison.. What is it brass? Ive seen that hand and lily flower somewhere before? :icon_scratch: Could it be Masonic? :dontknow: The flower almost looks like a Fleur-De-Lis.

Pretty sure these are Native American pictographs:

Thanks Matt. It didnt look like a bear paw to me but it sure looks like you are correct. The cactus flower/lily symbol looks right on too. I knew I saw it somewhere before. Forget the Masonic thought. I still think it could be scouting related.
Now you have convinced me that it may not even be old. I agree an Indian tourist trinket but Id like to see the backside.
