Is this piece of any concern? It is 1 and half inches by 1 inch. Very heavy and magnetic. Has a hole in the middle. Some type of washer. It is curved. Found in Leesburg Florida.Thank you for the help. Leann

Because of the arch shape I would say clamp or cleat of sorts ?
