Id'ing an artist

I found this painting at a yard sale. Owner didnt have any info on it. She was asking 2 bucks, so I took a chance. Anybody know the artist. I think it says J Park?? Its 60"x48", so its pretty big. I was thinking of asking $100 on craigslist.

Good job and nice painting! Im not sure who the artist is , but I would find out who the artist is 1st before I would sell it..gl...
