Idk if this is a carving or a fossile with a hole in it anyone have an idea

it was in a creek in western ohio...middleton area. but yes i live on Kanawha river my we have a high concentration of adena Hopewell, and chief cornstalk with the Shawnee of course, later. Although I've grown up here I'm just getting into this stuff ill take any advice or help lol half this stuff could be rocks.. but see what u can make of this pic I'm about to post here idk man looks like a rock has fused down in a grove into the main rockimage_79524.webpimage_79524.webpimage_79523.webp

It looks like there could have been a crinoid stem that weathered out and left the hole.

see i need to learn my geology I've noticed a lot of the stuff here even was traded from elsewhere the points or flint for it... Coshocton Flint , Kanawha black is popular here flint points... thanks buddy ur first one to have a clue what it was lol

Upper left looks like limestone, which could possibly have fossils in it. Gary
