i know its a qauter and i know its a 2009 d but what kind is it is it a state qauter or somthing else
on the back it says american samoa

"In 2009, the United States Mint will mint and issue six quarter-dollar coins in honor of the District of Columbia and five U.S. territories: the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. First it is a quarter. It is an American Samoa quarter, part of the US territories series following the state quarters.
