changing the bags for regular cleaning out they will sometimes give you the coins they find lying around. Helps if your a friendly regular customer like me who doesnt overload the machines. I ususally ask them what they do with those coins and depending on the answer i just flat out ask for the rejects telling them my kids [whom they have seen plenty] want them [ which they do]. My kids actually love going to penny and pushing buttons and getting rejects.

I've found that if I have already started dumping and fill a bag, I can lay claim to any coins that are in or around the reject tube (including on the bottom of the machine under the tube). This has worked for me every time except 1. There was 1 teller that said they weren't all mine so I couldn't have them. For his good work I went out to my car and got another $2,000 worth of halves to dump on him in addition to the $1,000 he was already getting.
