Ikes

I picked up $40 in ikes yesterday. Are all ikes 40% silver. From what I'm reading on coinflation it appears that 71-74 and 76 are all 40%.

They're good to leave as tips. The waiter/waitress is always amused, most have never seen them before.

i like ikes. but only the S mint marks F(1971S, 1972S, 1973S. 1974S , and the 1976S ) are silver, although the red book does state that "a few" 1974D and 1977D silvers were made in error, does not say how many exactly....
