I'll tell you what I think

These were found near a green, mosquito-ridden swamp, barely reminiscent of what it once was - some sort of manmade lake which used to be populated with boats. This was a sort of turn-of-the-century boardwalk and amusement park type of place in Delaware. The circular object could be from ring toss?

The round one looks like a common steel ring from a bridle or other horse tack.
The oval one looks like a trunk handle.
The third needs some tlc from a spanking iron
