Most likely formed by Mother Nature and water erosion and rock tumbling (geofact). Unfortunately, not quite seeing Indian Artifact.

Even without the face it is obvious it wasnt formed by water erosion and not a geofact. Wish more pictures were posted with better views.

Yeah as much info as possible, did you pull it out of the ground with several points and a pile of beads, or did you buy it off of eBay from paleo bob in Detroit.
