I'm thinking archaic? Info appreciated!

I found this beauty yesterday in SW VA, I've found this style before but was only maybe half the size. Any info on possible age or type would be great. I believe it was crafted from quartzite but correct me if I'm wrong.

Was thinking Adena/Gary/Dickson, but that base isn’t as clean as I’d expect and it’s a bit long… tough to say without It in hand but I’m not seeing quartzite from the available pic.

Looks kind of like a small Holland that has damage in it's basal area.

 

[Older The Better]

The new pics do seem to show a different type base than I originally mentioned, holland would fit, with that sort of base I’d say archaic is a safe bet
