Beautiful pictures! The first one is a Leaf Hopper.

Your patience payed off, great shots and we're pleased by October's weather, so nice up here too. I like the moment caption on the last picture, that little fella is really concentrated on his task.

I quietly set out back trying to coax one to take a peanut from me,I would like one to befriend me and come looking for goodies.:laughing7:

Lovely pictures! The most beautiful colored flowers can sometimes be a treasure too

My dad had a squirrel that would let itself in the house, come up to him and grab a peanut then take off. Just wait for it. Will probably happen.

... or one day he'll attack you or your family!

I fed some squirrels peanuts by hand. It's a pretty neat experience. Hope they warm up to you.

Now that was funny. 'I suspect the Man was feeding the Squirrel ( or ran over one of it's Kid's) & Can not even go to 'Mass' W/O being attacked by "Suspected Squirrel Offenders".
Thanks for posting.

I have seen many a squirrel smarter than some people.

Sorry worldtalker , got sidetracked.
Beautiful Pictures you got, the chipmunk is 'darling' if I may say.

The Insects have their own kind of beauty, & most people never even notice.

OMG that's hysterical! The scream at the end of the video...(!!)

Great backyard pics, BTW.
