Indian Artifact????

Is this a scraper of sorts? It was found in a lake and appears to have age cracks? Not sure if you can see the worked edge that looks kinda like a knife edge About 3" long. Thanks for any help.

I do not believe that it is an Indian artifact but it is interesting, I'll give you that.
