WHITE ONE IS 2 1/2 inches long and 1 inch wide
black one is 1/2 wide 1/2 long:icon_scratch:

I think they are both natural. At best, the white one is a simple large graver, but I sure don't see a celt anywhere.
 

Could be a grinding rock.
 

Great looking pictures that show nice detail. Unfortunately, both of the those are natural stones that show no evidence of ever being altered by man. A Celt will have a very pronounced blade edge that is obvious to the eye.

Here's a few pictures of some Celts and an Adz to show you what to look for.
