Great story.
Indian Blanket at Auction
This man lost a leg and thought he might sell an old Indian blanket that he inherited from his family to pay some of his debts.
Watch the auction, and the reaction of the blanket owner's face, while the bidding starts to go up, FAST! This will warm your heart!

i,d be sending a check to the weavers nation. thanks for sharing.

I saw the original Antiques Roadshow and loved it. This was outstanding. Having said that, wonder what some of us rednecks would spend it on? Ammo(50000 rounds), a couple dozen new guns, our favorite booze, a vacation to Branson, a couple pair of cowboy boots made by Rocketbuster.com with our favorite dog on one pair, and our exes on the other, a plush, heated toilet seat, a new trailer, a new(used truck) and a leather Harley bikini for the current old lady.I would say a new Sportster, but with no reaction time left to speak of, that ain't gonna happen for me. Well, keep searching those thrift stores...

It's nice to see that something valuable finally reached into the hands of someone deserving. Great post Onfire.
