inormation on detecting needed

Im looking at upgrading from my bounty hunter 202. Pinpointing has been hard on this machine.
I am looking at spending about 300. It will be used for coinshooting, gold treasures, and relic hunting.
Any suggestions on a good machine. I am concidering an Ace 250. Any suggestions are appriciated.
