Unfortunately my Dad died over the Christmas period, was expecting it, went peacefully.
He was a man who travelled a lot, left Irealnd for Australia in the sixties, then lived in Africa and finally back home. He always kept a decent sized container with random coins in there and other trinkets etc... So that was given to me.
Some lovely coins in there, i am still cleaning and researching most of them, but this has to be my favourite...

A Swedish 2 ore from 1762..
So i found these military badges/pins and would like to share those , 3 British Regiment badges and 2 which i think are of US origin, well one obviously is, but i can't identify the nd holding the sword hilt... Anyone know ??

Thanks..
