THAT building is on Jefferson Street, by the RIVER-FRONT - American Beauty Mattress Co. The VIRGINIAN building STILL stands... as the VIRGINIAN Apts, in Lynchburg, Va.; a block or two from City Hall... BIG WHITE building. Didn't see Friedman's Papers @ Marshall Research Library at VMI; "THEY" denied having ANYTHING on the BEALE PAPERS. Will review "BEALE BOX" at Virginia Room - Roanoke Public Library (Reference) on Elm Avenue, after visiting Fincastle, Va. Courthouse in Spring, 2015. "The VAULT" looks somewhat familar, to a "site of interest"; with LOTS of "Bean Kettles", wells with white stones, near Goose Creek, SOUTH! Found a SQUARE (Cube-Shaped) WHITE STONE with a DRILL HOLE in the center, next to the creek; left it there. WHOLE area was VERY interesting!
