Interesting Pendant Found at the Beach

I was searching a low tide in about knee deep water when I found this necklace. It has the words BEYOND SURRIALISM (sic) on the front and the numbers on the back. Does anyone know the significance of this?

Apparently, SURRIALISM is not a typo.
