✅ SOLVED Found on beach at low tide - any ideas

I found this on a Delaware beach today at low tide. The platform and bucket thing(for lack of a better word) seem to be iron.
Any ideas? It was entirely to heavy for me to drag back to my car.

Looks like it might be the pad broken off of a stabilizer foot from a boom truck or excavator.
