True, but we're pretty unlikely to find anything older than mid-1800's either. Always a trade-off.

There Buying up houses here in Pa also .
Some are being Torn Down some Just Sitting tilll they Rot enough I guess

Most sell for Well under 20.000

They sold for $600 each when the Mine Closed in 40's / early or 50's
