Your second piece is a heel plate.
At least that's what it looks like...

I was thinking heal plate as well, but that hole throws me off of that idea . maybe part of a padlock? the other looks like a lock washer .
In my opinion both are ferrous , not brass.

Another item found a ~10 feet away - jug top?

Perhaps this item could shed more light on the first two items or the spot, which seems to contain a lot of "trash".

The first thing looks like a simple metal washer. The last thing looks like a typical 19th century plumbing pipe under a sink with fused through rusting joiner connection.

none of those plates show the hole like yours shows. if it weren't for that hole I'd agree. I'm not saying it's a lock for sure but you haven't shown me a heal plate in my opinion.
