intersting Sighting of a "Pixie" ?

this is the 3rd time a Video by this Guy has popped up in front of Me,
I Ignored the first. was awhile Back..

Earlier today one popped up I Think it said 2 More sightings, But I can't tolerate this guy Talking.
Just not Interesting or Believable to Me.

then I saw this one & Thought, Oh well ! I May as well put up with him for 10 Minutes since there looked to be a pic not just a tale,
From a senile old guy looking for attention

This is a Bit Interesting since it is Not a statue, & by it's Movements, I Don't think he has a Buddy up there with a Hand Puppet

What do ya'll Think ? Iguana and a Bit of Pareidolia ?
Small kid with a Mask ? like maybe his Grandkid ?

pixies aren't exactly on my list of believable cryptids
