Introduction - new member

Hi from cellerfeller in Nova Scotia, Canada. I am a 59 year old professional woodworker - I make handcrafted wooden spoons. Live in a log home in the country. The family homestead across the road dates to the 1700's. Lots of cellers here so I have begun metal detecting them. Just dug two double strike rimfire cartridges which I think are Spencer 56-56 cases from the Civil War period. I will be posting some photos of the cases and rim strikes to get some input. I also dug a Canada Militia button and an 1864 Nova Scotia penny at the site.
