i guess i should add that the actual color is silvered (i think). I swapped the photo for a negative image to bring out the details. I think it says 28th president usa.......

I would "Guess" either a CrackerJack Token, Gas Station token one of the many other
Presidential tokens put out over the years.

Jeff nailed it. It's a Shell Oil Company "Presidential Series" token, that were given out as gas station premiums in the late 1950's or early 1960's, if I recall correctly. I've dug four different ones over the years. Appropriately, the first one I found was George Washington.
